By accessing or using SugarNights, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be 20 or older, provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or provide materially false information.
• Harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against others.
• Post illegal, non-consensual, abusive or infringing content.
• Solicit minors or facilitate sexual exploitation or trafficking.
• Use bots, scraping, malware or other methods that disrupt or misuse the service.
• Use the service for fraud, spam or unauthorized commercial activity.

User content

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and consent necessary to share it. You grant the service the permissions reasonably needed to host, display, process and transmit content as part of operating the service.

Safety and user interactions

SugarNights does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct or compatibility of users. Use good judgment, protect private information and review the Safety Guidelines before meeting anyone.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

Service availability

The service may change, experience interruptions or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or meet every expectation.

Limitation and governing rules

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so local mandatory rights may apply. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch to add the operator identity, governing law, dispute process and any jurisdiction-specific provisions.
